Covid-19 protection concept
Safe hospitality is even more important than ever in today's world!
Dear guests,
To make sure that you really feel at home during your holiday and have the feeling that you are in good hands, here is some information about the Corona measures we take at the Almhof-Reithof and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible:
- Your holiday apartment will be cleaned, aired and disinfected by us to the best of our knowledge.
- Hand sanitizers are available in the entrance area, breakfast room and wellness area.
- Good smelling herbal soap can be found in every bathroom
- For the internal disinfection all our guests get a good schnapps on arrival.
- You are also welcome to transfer your holiday in advance to avoid cash transactions.
- The wellness area can be booked privately by each family for 1h30min.
- Flexible cancellation conditions up to a few days before arrival is possible ( in case of persistent travel warning).
- Instead of a handshake, there's a warm smile.
- We pay attention to the observance of the minimum distance and plead for personal responsibility!
- In our breakfast room we make sure that your reserved table has a minimum distance of one meter to the next table.
- Disinfectant is available at the entrance to the breakfast room. Please use your mouth-nose protection at the buffet and everywhere where no distance can be kept.
If someone falls ill on site, please do not leave the room and contact us immediately by telephone. Our telephone number is 0043 5413 86347. We will then take care of everything else. If someone has been ill 14 days before the holiday or has symptoms or tested positive for Corona within 14 days of departure, we kindly ask you to report it to us. It is important that we know about this to prevent further spread.
We will be happy to answer any further questions you may have!
